1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and shbwr ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature on shbwr — whether through the website at shbwr.app or through the shbwr mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not register or attempt to use any shbwr services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use shbwr, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute. Underage use is strictly prohibited and accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately.
  • You must register using your own accurate and truthful personal details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
  • You may hold only one registered account on shbwr. Duplicate or multiple accounts per individual are not permitted.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person, company, or third party when registering or placing bets.
  • You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where your use of this platform is prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable to you.

shbwr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified time may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Responsibility

Your shbwr account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. Do not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. shbwr will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact shbwr support immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including all bets placed and transactions made. shbwr is entitled to act on instructions received through your account login without independently verifying whether those instructions came from you personally.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on shbwr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently support the following deposit methods:

  • JazzCash – deposits typically reflect within seconds
  • Easypaisa – deposits typically reflect within seconds
  • Raast – instant interbank transfers
  • Bank Transfer – processing time may vary by bank
  • Debit / Credit Cards – subject to card issuer approval
  • Mobile Wallets – supported wallets listed in the cashier section

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. shbwr does not charge a fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your account balance.

shbwr only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. shbwr aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times will vary depending on the method selected:

  • JazzCash / Easypaisa: typically processed within a few hours
  • Raast / Bank Transfer: up to 1–3 working days depending on your bank
  • Cards: timelines depend on the issuing bank

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in the cashier. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. If your account has an active bonus balance, you may be required to meet any outstanding wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be completed.

shbwr reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the user.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

shbwr offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotions from time to time. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games or betting markets, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed on each promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.

General Bonus Rules

  • Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • You must complete the stated wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
  • shbwr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • Only one bonus can be active per account at a time unless otherwise stated.
  • Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, structured deposits, or coordinated wagering — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
Promotions are offered at shbwr's sole discretion. Timing may coincide with Pakistan cricket events, PSL fixtures, or other sports seasons but this does not create any entitlement to a bonus.

7. Betting Rules and Voided Bets

All bets placed on shbwr are subject to the specific betting rules for the relevant sport or market. General rules applicable across all sports betting markets include the following:

  • Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted. Price changes after confirmation do not affect a confirmed bet.
  • In-play bets are accepted subject to our in-play rules. shbwr may suspend markets at any time during a live event without notice.
  • A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled, the market is settled in error, data corruption is identified, or the odds were published in error (manifest error rule applies).
  • shbwr's decision on the settlement of any bet is final, subject to the disputes process in Section 14.
  • Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip or available on request from support.
  • Cricket markets follow standard cricket betting rules. For PSL and T20 matches, specific weather and Duckworth-Lewis rules apply as documented in the sports betting rules page.

Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance within a few minutes of the official result being confirmed. In the event of a dispute over results, shbwr will refer to official governing body records (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic fixtures).

8. Casino and Game Rules

shbwr's Game Lobby, Live Casino, and Fish Games sections are governed by the rules of each individual game, which are displayed within the game interface. General rules that apply across all casino and game products include:

  • Games are provided by third-party software suppliers. shbwr is responsible for account management and payments but game outcomes are determined by the supplier's certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer processes.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and are shown within the game interface.
  • Any technical malfunction during a game that results in an interrupted session will be reviewed. If a round cannot be completed, the bet amount will be returned to your balance. Partially completed rounds are settled on the basis of information available at the time of interruption.
  • Live Casino sessions are recorded for quality and dispute purposes.
  • Fish Games follow shooter-style mechanics. Target values and payout multipliers are shown within each game. Results are determined by the game engine and are final.

9. Responsible Gaming

shbwr is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable platform. We strongly encourage all users to set personal limits before they start playing. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR.
  • Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active for a set period.
  • Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
  • Reality Checks: On-screen prompts reminding you of your session duration and activity.

Sports betting and casino games are forms of entertainment, not a reliable source of income. Please play within your personal budget. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools or seek support from a trusted person in your life. shbwr will never contact you to reverse a self-exclusion decision.

shbwr is strictly for adults. If you are 18 or under, you must not use this platform. Parents and guardians should use device-level parental controls to prevent underage access.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent banning from the platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes
  • Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain
  • Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime
  • Providing false identity information during registration or verification
  • Attempting to access or tamper with shbwr's systems, code, or databases
  • Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent

shbwr actively monitors accounts for unusual activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, we reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to share relevant information with appropriate authorities where legally required.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on shbwr — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of shbwr or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Third-party game content remains the property of the respective software providers. shbwr operates under licence from these providers to make games available to users on the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

shbwr provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous uptime and reliable performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. shbwr will not be liable for:

  • Loss of winnings due to technical failures outside our reasonable control
  • Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
  • Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind
  • Any decisions you make in relation to bets or games, as these are entirely your own

In no event shall shbwr's total liability to you exceed the value of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

13. Amendments to Terms

shbwr reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the contact information on their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance.

If you have a query or complaint about any aspect of your account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other matter covered by these Terms, please contact shbwr support in the first instance. Our team aims to respond to all queries promptly and resolve issues fairly.

Please include your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant dates or transaction references. We will acknowledge your complaint and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.

shbwr's decision on disputes — including bet settlement disputes — shall be final once the internal complaints process has been completed. These Terms are governed by the principles of fair dealing and good faith, and we commit to handling every complaint with care and transparency.
